# Wiki Overview

## What is Wiki?

Wiki is TotalCtrl's collaborative knowledge base for writing, organising, and maintaining documentation — SOPs, onboarding guides, product specs, meeting notes — with full version history, inline comments, and AI-powered Q&A.

## Structure

  
- **Wiki:** The top-level container. You can have multiple wikis.
  
- **Space:** A section within a wiki. Spaces have their own member roles and access settings.
  
- **Page:** The actual content. Pages nest infinitely under parent pages.

## AI features

  
- **AI Q&A:** Ask a natural-language question and get an answer drawn from your wiki content, with citations.
  
- **Knowledge graph:** A visual map of how pages link to each other.

## Verification

Pages can be marked as **verified** with an optional expiry date. Stale pages (unedited beyond 90 days) are flagged for review.
