# Events you can now subscribe to that you could not before

## What was wrong

TotalCtrl sends a webhook by name, and the subscription page offers a list of names to tick. Forty-seven events were being sent under names that were not on that list — so no subscription could name them, and every one of them was delivered to nobody.

Nothing failed visibly. The event fired, delivery looked for subscribers, there were none, and the request ended. From outside, it was indistinguishable from the thing never having happened.

## Which ones

All of them are selectable now, under their app's group in **Settings → Webhooks**:

- **Standards & Brand Hub** — all sixteen. Not a single glossary, style-rule or tone-profile change could be sent anywhere.

- **Contacts** — contact created, updated and deleted.

- **CSM** — account created, engagement logged, health score updated, playbook started, member added and removed.

- **CRM** — deal updated, campaign sent, form submitted, and all five landing page events including a form submission from a visitor.

- **API Hub** — version published, made current, deleted, and SDK build started.

- **Issue Tracking** — issue commented, and the three issue-project events.

- Plus a Creator schedule deletion, a Help Center category deletion, a completed named-agent run, a sent newsletter edition, a Session Replay issue detection, a submitted survey response, and a bulk string deletion.

## If a subscription of yours never fired

Check whether the event you ticked is still in the list. Eleven names were removed because they were duplicates of an event that already existed under its real name — Standards offered `glossary.term_created` while what it actually sends is `standards.glossary_term_saved`. Subscribing to the removed name never delivered anything, and re-subscribing to the real one will.
