# Voice Notes and AI Transcription

## Recording a voice note

  
- Open a note and click the **microphone** icon.
  
- Click **Start recording** and speak. Click **Stop** when done.
  
- The recording is uploaded and sent for transcription.

## AI-generated outputs

  
- **Transcript:** Full verbatim text.
  
- **AI Summary:** A concise summary.
  
- **Action items:** Extracted to-dos and next steps.
  
- **Key topics:** The main themes covered.

## Exporting voice notes

When exporting as DOCX or PDF, choose which sections to include: summary, transcript, notes body, or all three.
