# The Members page

## One list, both kinds of person

**Video Hub → Members** shows everyone who can use Video Hub in this workspace: colleagues and outside collaborators together, with the projects each of them can open.

It used to list only outside collaborators, while every colleague had unlimited access the page neither showed nor could change. Asking "who can see these videos?" gave an answer that left out most of the people who could.
## People

Each row shows the person, what they can reach, and a badge where one is warranted:

- **External guest** — somebody invited through the guest portal.
- **Workspace admin** — always has full access; see below.
- **Deactivated** — their TotalCtrl account is switched off. Their Video Hub access is untouched and comes back with the account.

Search by name or email. The list pages at 50 people, and your search is carried across the pages.
## Add people

One box for both cases. Start typing a colleague's name and pick them from the list, or type an email address that is not in your workspace. What happens differs and is reported separately:

- A **colleague** is given access immediately.
- Any other **address** is emailed an invitation to the guest portal, and is not a member until they accept.

Anything that did not happen is named — an address that is neither a colleague nor a valid email is listed back to you rather than quietly dropped.
## Removing somebody

**Remove** takes away both their app access and their project scoping. Removing an outside collaborator this way fully revokes them.
