# Uploading and Organising Assets

## Uploading files

  
- Go to **Assets** and navigate to the target folder.
  
- Click **Upload** or drag files onto the upload zone. You can upload multiple files at once.
  
- After upload, edit the asset title, description, permission, tags, and custom metadata.

## Replacing a file (versioning)

Open an asset and click **Replace file**. The old file is saved as a version. The serve token URL continues to work and now serves the new file. To roll back, go to **Versions** and click **Restore**.
