# Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

## Enabling 2FA

  
- Go to **Profile → Security → Two-factor authentication**.
  
- Click **Enable 2FA**.
  
- Scan the QR code with an authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy, 1Password, etc.).
  
- Enter the 6-digit code to confirm setup.
  
- Save your **backup codes** in a safe place.

## Organisation enforcement

Admins can require 2FA for all members under **Settings → Security**. Users who have not set up 2FA will be prompted on their next login.
