# Track visitors with analytics

## Open analytics

From your site dashboard, open the **Analytics** page. It summarizes how your published site is performing over the last 30 days.
## What you can see

- **Total views** across the site's full history, plus a **30-day view count**.
- A **daily views chart** covering the past 30 days, with empty days filled as zero so the trend is easy to read.
- **Views per page** — your most-visited pages, each shown with its title, slug, and current status.
- **Top referrer domains** — the external sites sending the most traffic your way.

## Google Analytics

For deeper, third-party reporting you can add a **Google Analytics ID** in Site settings. When set, the tag is included on your published pages so traffic also flows into your Google Analytics property alongside the built-in numbers.
## Tips for accurate data

- Analytics only count visits to **published** pages on a **published** site, so make sure both are live. See [Publish your site](publish-your-site).
- Referrer data appears only when visitors arrive from another website; direct visits and some privacy-protected sources will not show a referrer.
