# Surveys Overview

## What is Surveys?

Surveys lets you build, distribute, and analyse feedback surveys. Responses can be collected via a public link, embedded iframe, automated email campaigns, or a JavaScript web widget.

## Question types

  
- **Single choice, Multiple choice, Short text, Long text, Rating, NPS, Yes/No, Dropdown**

## Distribution channels

  
- **Direct link:** A unique public URL.
  
- **Embed:** An iframe snippet for your website.
  
- **Autopilot (email):** Recurring automated sends to a CRM audience.
  
- **Autopilot (web widget):** A JavaScript snippet that shows an in-app pop-up survey triggered by page load, scroll, exit intent, or a custom event.

## Cross-app integrations

  
- Respondent emails are automatically matched to CRM contacts.
  
- Low CSAT responses (rating ≤ 2) automatically create a Support ticket for follow-up.
