# The member portal

## Bring in outside collaborators

The member portal lets people outside your workspace — translators, reviewers, clients — work on your subtitles without a full TotalCtrl account. Each workspace has one portal with a shareable link; invited members sign in there and use the same caption editor your team does, limited to what you allow.

Find it under **Video Hub → Members**. The portal link looks like `/subtitles-portal/<your-workspace>/` — share it with anyone you invite.
