## Build on Subtitles

- **REST API** (scope `app:subtitles`): list/create projects, create tracks (optionally transcribe), read tracks with cues, replace cues, run QA, and export.
- **Webhooks**: subscribe to `subtitles.project.created`, `subtitles.transcription.completed`, and `subtitles.exported`.
- **Orchestration**: the same events are triggers, and there's a *Create Subtitle Project* action — so a finished transcription can kick off the rest of your workflow.
- **MCP**: tools to list projects, read a project/track, and export a track for AI agents.
