# Setting Up Your Organisation

## Organisation settings

Your organisation settings live under **Settings → Organisation**. Here you can configure:

  
- **Name & branding:** Your organisation display name and logo, which appear across the platform.
  
- **Timezone:** Sets the default timezone for scheduled content, reports, and notifications.
  
- **Default language:** The platform supports English, French, and Spanish.

## Billing & plan

Review your current plan and usage under **Settings → Billing**. You can see the apps included in your plan, your seat count, and upgrade or downgrade at any time.

## App access control

Under **Settings → Apps**, admins can enable or disable specific apps for the organisation, and control which user roles can access each one. This is useful for rolling out apps to specific teams first.

## Custom domain

TotalCtrl supports custom domains for public-facing features (Help Center, community, booking pages, file transfers). Configure these under **Settings → Custom Domain** by adding a CNAME record pointing to TotalCtrl's servers.
