# Heatmaps & funnels

## Heatmaps

Click, rage-click, and dead-click coordinates are aggregated across sessions into heatmaps per URL path. Open **Heatmaps**, pick a page, and see at a glance which elements draw attention and which are ignored or frustrating.
## Funnels

Define a multi-step URL flow under **Funnels** to measure how many sessions reach each step and where they drop off. Combine a funnel drop-off with the Issue Investigator to find out *why* people are leaving that step.
