# Reminders and daily reports

## When you are assigned questions

One email covering everything assigned to you since the last one, grouped by pursuit and questionnaire. Batched because assigning a section hands somebody forty questions in one action, and forty emails is how somebody starts ignoring them.
## Due reminders

Sent for questions due within 48 hours or already overdue — per QUESTION, not per response. "The questionnaire is due Friday" is not actionable by the person who owes two answers out of ninety. Approved questions are skipped, as are responses already signed off or submitted.
## Your daily list

Each person gets a daily summary of their open questions grouped by pursuit. If you owe nothing, nothing is sent.
## The owner's report

Whoever owns an open pursuit gets a daily status report — open, answered, in review, overdue, broken down per questionnaire. One email per pursuit rather than one covering all of them, because an owner forwards it to the team working that deal.
## Sent at 5pm your time

In your own timezone, not a single moment that is 5pm for somebody else.
