# Connecting RFP Responses to your other apps

## What it connects to

- **CRM** — link a pursuit to the company and deal it belongs to, so the questionnaire and the opportunity are not tracked in two places.
- **Document Signing** — send the final proposal for signature without leaving the platform.
- **Standards & Brand Hub** — your tone of voice is applied to drafted answers, so they read like your company rather than like a model.
- **Wiki, Help Center, API Hub** — usable directly as knowledge sources.

### Webhooks

Subscribe to `rfp.project.created`, `rfp.question.assigned`, `rfp.answer.approved`, `rfp.response.signed_off`, and `rfp.response.submitted` under **Connections → Webhooks**.
### Orchestration

The same events are available as workflow triggers, so you can post a signed-off response to a Slack channel, create a CRM task when a pursuit is created, or notify a channel when a question has been sitting unanswered.
### API and AI tools

A REST API covers pursuits, responses, questions, assignment, recording answers, and searching the library — see the API documentation. AI agent tools cover the same ground for assistants.

Answers recorded over the API are stored as human-written and are *not* auto-approved, because an answer arriving from another system has had no reviewer.
