# Working with people outside your team

## Inviting somebody

**People** is where you invite the colleagues and outside experts who will answer questions. A guest reaches RFP Responses and nothing else in the workspace.
## Guests get the same answering screen

Not a stripped-down one. Somebody answering a question needs the sources, the comments and the history as much as an employee does — a cut-down view produces worse answers.

What they see is scoped by the work: a guest's list contains the questions assigned to them and the ones they are reviewing. Their landing page is built from their own questions, so no pursuit they have no work in can appear.
## What they cannot do

The machinery around the work is hidden: bulk assignment, sign-off, importing documents and exporting. Those belong to the team running the pursuit.
## My questions

Everybody — staff and guests — has **My questions**: everything assigned to you across every pursuit, in one list.
