# Publish, export, and schedule content

## Export a finished asset

From the editor, click **Export** and choose a destination. Creator can publish to other apps in your account or push out to external services:

- **Internal** — Wiki Article, Help Center Article, Website Page, Digital Assets, Community Post, Newsletter Edition, and CRM Email Campaign.
- **Download** — export as a file (Creator can produce DOCX and PDF).
- **Connected services** — Contentful, Webflow, Google Drive, OneDrive, Dropbox, and Box, when those connectors are set up.

Each export is recorded on the asset with a success or failure status, so you can see exactly where a piece has been sent.
## Schedule delivery

Instead of publishing once, click **Schedule** to deliver an asset automatically. You can choose:

- **One-time** — pick a date and time.
- **Recurring** — pick days of the week and a time, with an optional end date.

Pick one or more destinations such as X (Twitter), LinkedIn, your Website, Wiki, Help Center, Community, or the Assets store. Choose whether each run uses the **current content** or **regenerates** fresh content from your brief.
## Manage schedules

The **Scheduled** view lists active and past schedules. From there you can **pause**, **resume**, **cancel**, **run now**, or delete a schedule. See also [Edit and illustrate content](edit-and-illustrate-content).
