# Show a guide to the people who have not adopted a feature

## The loop

Measuring adoption is only half of it. The other half is doing something about it — and the people worth showing a guide to are precisely the ones your funnel says are missing out.

In the audience builder on any flow, alongside the traits your page sends, you can now target on behavior:

- **has never done** — they have never triggered this event.
- **has not done in the last N days** — including people who have never done it at all.
- **has done in the last N days**.
- **has ever done**.

## The detail that catches people out

"Has not used reports in 30 days" includes somebody who has *never* used reports. That is almost always what you meant — a re-engagement checklist is for exactly those people — but it is worth saying plainly, because the other reading would reach everybody except the people who need it most, and look like it was working.
## Picking an event

The list offers the events your site actually sends, rather than a free text box. A typed event name with a typo in it is a rule that silently never fires, which is the hardest kind of "my guide did not show" to work out.
