# What you'll be notified about

## Task updates

Whenever you start something that runs in the background and finishes a little later, you get a notification the moment it's done — with a link to open the result. This covers:

- **Video Hub** — audio dubbing and subtitle burn-in
- **Academy** — AI course generation (Course Studio)
- **API Hub** — SDK / client-library builds
- **Voice Notes** — transcription and summary
- **Digital Assets** — video transcription
- **Session Replay** — AI investigations
- **CCMS** — publishing and content imports

If one of these *fails*, you're told that too, so you never have to sit and refresh a page waiting to find out. Task updates always go to the person who started the task.
## Usage & limits

Workspace admins get a heads-up as the workspace approaches a plan limit — for example, when you've used 80% of your monthly AI Units — with a **Buy more** link so you can top up before anything is interrupted.
## Credits added

When extra capacity is added to your workspace (for instance, a usage booster you purchased), admins get a friendly confirmation.
## Sync & system

If a connected integration stops syncing and needs attention — such as your CRM, HRIS, or e-commerce connection — admins get one alert when it starts failing and another when it recovers. You won't get a repeat every time it retries; just the change.
