## What is Notes?

Notes is a personal note-taking app. Notes are private to you by default, but can be shared with colleagues.

## Voice notes

Record audio directly in a note. TotalCtrl automatically transcribes the recording and generates an AI summary, action items, and key topics. Audio files are purged after the configured retention period; the transcript is kept permanently.
