# Moderate posts and comments

## Where moderation happens

Open the **Posts** page in the admin area to review threads across the community. You can filter by **space**, and switch between visible posts, **hidden** posts, and **pinned** posts.
## Creating a post as admin

Use **New post** to publish directly. Enter a **title**, pick a **space**, choose a **post type** (discussion, question, announcement, poll, or event), write the **body**, and optionally **pin** it. Post bodies are sanitized for safety before they are saved.
## Moderation actions

- **Pin / unpin** — keep an important thread at the top of its space.
- **Hide / restore** — remove a post from public view without deleting it; you can restore it later.
- **Delete** — permanently remove a post. This is logged and fires a deletion event.

Members write posts and comments and add reactions from the public portal. Hidden and deleted content disappears from member-facing pages immediately.
## Turn a thread into a Help Center article

When a discussion answers a common question, use **Draft article** on a post to have AI summarize the thread and its replies into a Help Center article draft. The draft lands in your Help Center as a `draft` you can edit and publish. This requires an LLM profile to be configured for your account.
