# Managing Products

## Product workflow

  
- Draft → In Review → Approved → Published → Archived

## Completeness score

Each product shows a completeness percentage per channel and locale. Aim for 100% before publishing.

## Bulk import

Go to **PIM → Import** to bulk-import products from a CSV, XLSX, JSON, or XML file.

## Publishing to channels

Go to **PIM → Channels** and click **Publish**. For Shopify, Magento, and BigCommerce, TotalCtrl syncs products directly via API. For feed-based channels (Google Shopping, Facebook, Pinterest, Amazon), download the generated feed file.
