# Manage and revoke transfers

## Open a transfer

On the dashboard's **Sent** tab, click any transfer to open its detail page. There you'll find the shareable download link, the file list, total size, download count, and a log of recent downloads (with timestamp, IP address, and whether it was a single file or a full ZIP).
## Resend the notification

If a recipient missed the email, use **Resend** to email the download link again to everyone on the transfer's recipient list. Each recipient's last-notified time is updated.
## Revoke a transfer

Choose **Revoke** to immediately deactivate the link. Visitors then see an "unavailable" page instead of the files. The files and download history are kept — revoke is reversible in effect only by recreating the transfer, but it does not delete anything.
## Delete a transfer

**Delete** permanently removes the transfer, all of its stored files, and its records. This cannot be undone. Use it when the files should no longer exist anywhere.
## Automatic expiry & limits

A transfer also becomes unavailable on its own once it passes its **expiry date** or hits its **download limit** — you don't have to revoke it manually. You set both when sending; see [Send files securely](send-files-securely).
## Audit trail

Creating, revoking, and deleting transfers are all recorded in your account's audit log for compliance and review.
