# Manage and cancel bookings

## Your bookings list

The **Bookings** page shows every meeting people have scheduled with you, organized into tabs:

- **Upcoming** — confirmed meetings still ahead, soonest first.
- **Past** — meetings whose time has passed.
- **Cancelled** — meetings that were called off.

Click any booking to open its detail page, where you'll see the invitee's name and email, the event type, the start and end time, the meeting location or video link, the invitee's notes, and their answers to any custom questions you asked.
## Cancel a booking

- Open the booking from the Upcoming tab.
- Click **Cancel** and optionally enter a reason.

The meeting moves to the Cancelled tab and a cancellation notification is sent. Only confirmed bookings can be cancelled.
## Reschedules and self-service

Invitees can cancel or reschedule from the links in their own confirmation email, so some changes will appear in your list without you doing anything.
## Connected apps

When a meeting is booked, the invitee is automatically matched to (or added as) a contact in your CRM and the meeting is logged there as an activity — so your scheduling and contact history stay in sync without extra work. Reminder and follow-up emails are driven by notification workflows you set per event type.
