# Invite your team and assign roles

TotalCtrl is built for teams. You can invite unlimited teammates and control what each person can access.
## Invite people

- Open *Settings → Users*.
- Click **Invite user** and enter their email.
- Choose a workspace role: **Admin** (full access), **Manager**, or **Member**.

## Per-app roles

Several apps have their own roles on top of the workspace role — for example Time Tracking has Member / Approver / Admin, and the Community and Help Center apps manage their own members. This lets you give someone full access to one app without exposing everything else.
## Access control

Admins can grant or revoke access to individual apps per user, so each person only sees the tools relevant to their work.
