# Exporting Data

## What can be exported?

TotalCtrl can export data from most apps as Excel (.xlsx) files: CRM contacts, survey responses, newsletter subscribers, accounting transactions, and more. Look for the **Export** button on list views.

## Export to cloud storage

If you have connected a cloud storage account (Google Drive, OneDrive, Dropbox, or Box), click **Export → Save to [provider]**. The file is uploaded directly to your cloud storage.

## Connecting cloud storage

  
- Go to **Connections → Cloud storage → Connect**.
  
- Select your provider and complete the OAuth flow.
  
- Your cloud storage is now available as an export destination across all apps.
