## Where to find them

Analytics includes a dedicated dashboard for each connected TotalCtrl app. Open Analytics and choose the app you want from the navigation: **Surveys**, **CRM**, **Newsletter**, **Projects**, or **Issues**.
## What each dashboard shows

Every dashboard combines two kinds of widgets:

- **KPI cards** at the top — single headline numbers such as total contacts, open deals, NPS score, average open rate, or open issues.
- **Charts** below — line charts for trends over time, doughnut charts for distributions, and bar charts for comparisons (for example, deal value by status or tasks by priority).

## Changing the time window

Most metrics are scoped to a time window. Use the day-range selector to switch between the last **7**, **30**, or **90** days. KPI labels update to reflect the window you pick (for example, *New Contacts (30d)*). Some figures are always shown all-time — such as *Responses by Survey* and current open-deal counts — because they describe your current state rather than a trend.
## Reading the data

All figures are scoped to your account only. The numbers come straight from the underlying apps, so a survey response, deal, or subscriber appears in Analytics as soon as it exists in Surveys, CRM, or Newsletter. If a dashboard looks empty, the most likely reason is that the source app has no data yet for the selected window.
