# Creating and Publishing a Survey

## Create a survey

  
- Go to **Surveys → New survey**.
  
- Choose to **start blank**, pick a **template**, or **generate with AI**.
  
- Enter a title and optional description.

## Building questions

Click **Add question** and select a question type. Drag questions to reorder them. Mark questions as **required** to prevent blank submissions.

## Survey settings

  
- Collect email, one response per email, progress bar, and thank you message.

## Publishing

Click **Publish** to make the survey live. A survey must have at least one question before it can be published.
