# Connect your calendar and video conferencing

## Why connect a calendar

Connecting an external calendar keeps your booking link honest. The app can check that calendar for conflicts so already-busy times aren't offered to invitees, and it can add new bookings to that calendar so everything lives in one place.
## Connect a calendar

- Go to **Settings** in Meeting Calendar.
- Under calendar connections, choose **Google Calendar**, **Microsoft Outlook**, or **Microsoft Exchange**.
- Provide the account, then choose whether the app should **check for conflicts** and whether it should **add bookings to** that calendar.

You can edit a connection's options at any time, or disconnect it to stop using it.
## Connect video conferencing

So meetings can include a video link, connect a provider under Settings: **Zoom**, **Google Meet**, **Microsoft Teams**, **Cisco Webex**, or a **Custom link**. You can connect one account per provider. Once connected, choose that provider as the location when you [create an event type](create-an-event-type), and a video call location is attached to each booking automatically.
## Your booking profile

The Settings page also shows your personal **booking profile URL** — a single page listing all of your active event types. Share it when you want people to choose from everything you offer rather than a single meeting type.
