# Connect an ad platform

## Supported platforms

Ad Manager connects to three platforms: **Meta Ads**, **Google Ads**, and **LinkedIn Ads**. Each connection is authorized with a secure sign-in, so Ad Manager never sees or stores your platform password.
## Make a connection

- Open **Connections** from the Ad Manager sidebar.
- Find the platform you want and choose to connect it.
- You're redirected to that platform's consent screen. Sign in and approve the requested permissions.
- After you approve, you're returned to the Connections page and the platform shows as **active** with a success message.

If authorization is cancelled or denied, you'll see a message explaining what happened and you can simply try again.
## Check connection health

Each connection has a **health check** you can run to confirm its credentials are still valid. A healthy connection is marked `ok`; if something is wrong, the connection shows an error so you know to reconnect.
## Disconnect a platform

Use **Disconnect** on a connection to stop it. This is a soft action — the connection's status becomes `disconnected` and it stops syncing, but your historical campaign and metric data is retained. Reconnect at any time by authorizing again.
