# Configuring Your Agent

## Create an agent

  
- Go to **Support → AI Agent → New agent**.
  
- Give the agent a name, tagline, and welcome message.
  
- Choose the widget position and accent colour.
  
- Save and toggle the agent **on**.

## Adding knowledge sources

Go to **Agent → Knowledge → Add source**:

  
- **Help Center, URL (web crawl), File upload (PDF/text), Manual Q&A**

After adding a source, click **Index now** to trigger immediate indexing, or set a daily/weekly schedule for automatic re-indexing.
