# Collaborating on the Wiki

## Inline comments

Highlight any text in a page and click **Comment** to leave an inline annotation. Comments thread in place and can be resolved when addressed.

## Space member management

  
- **Admin:** Can manage space settings, members, and all content.
  
- **Editor:** Can create, edit, and delete pages.
  
- **Viewer:** Read-only access.

## Confluence import

Migrate existing documentation by going to **Wiki settings → Import → Confluence**. Export a Confluence space as a ZIP file and upload it here. TotalCtrl will recreate the page hierarchy.
