# Collaborating on Projects

## Inviting members

Go to **Project → Members** and click **Invite**. Enter email addresses and assign a role:

  
- **Owner:** Full control including project deletion. Assigned to the creator.
  
- **Manager:** Can manage members, settings, and all tasks.
  
- **Member:** Can create, edit, and move tasks.
  
- **Read-only:** View-only access.

Invites expire after 7 days. Pending invites can be revoked from the Members page.

## Notifications

Team members receive in-app notifications when they are assigned to a task or when someone comments on a task they're involved with.

## Public sharing

For projects set to **Public** access mode, share the public board link with external stakeholders. Toggle *Allow public editing* if you want guests to be able to move tasks without logging in.

## CRM integration

Link a project to a CRM deal so that moving a task to the "done" column prompts you to create an invoice. Set this up under *Project settings → CRM*.
