# Add callout panels (info, note, warning, success)

**Category:** [Wiki](https://help.totalctrl.app/hc/totalctrl/totalctrl-help-center/en-US/categories/wiki-1)
**Updated:** 2026-08-19

Callout panels make important information stand out — tips, cautions, or success notes — just like Confluence's info/note/warning panels.
## Insert a panel

- Open a page in the editor.
- Place your cursor on the line you want to turn into a panel (or select it).
- In the toolbar, open the **Panel…** dropdown and choose a style: **Info**, **Note**, **Warning**, or **Success**.

The line becomes a coloured callout box. To turn it back into normal text, choose **Remove panel** from the same dropdown.
## When to use which

- **Info** — neutral context or a helpful tip.
- **Note** — something to keep in mind.
- **Warning** — a caution or potential pitfall.
- **Success** — a confirmation or best-practice callout.

Panels are saved with the page and render the same way for everyone who reads it.
