# Atlassian: fixing connection problems

## The Jira card says “Not available yet”

Atlassian hasn't been enabled for your account yet. Click **Request Access** — that tells us you need it and we'll prioritise turning it on.
## “Reconnect for Confluence” / Confluence options are missing

Your connection was made before Confluence was supported, so it only has permission for Jira. Disconnect and connect again, approving the access request — you'll then see the Confluence options. Your Jira setup and anything you've already imported are unaffected.
## “Confluence access was denied”

The Atlassian account you connected with can't see that space, or can't add pages to it. Ask a Confluence admin to grant it access, or reconnect with an account that already has it.
## “Jira session expired”

The connection couldn't renew itself — usually because access was revoked in Atlassian. Reconnect from the Jira page.
## An import failed part-way

Open the import to see what went wrong. Imports are safe to run again: a new run creates a fresh project or space, so you can delete the incomplete one and retry. If a large import keeps failing, try importing a smaller space or project first to confirm the connection is healthy.
## Nothing is listed when I pick a project or space

TotalCtrl only shows what the connected Atlassian account can see. If a project or space is missing, check that account's permissions in Atlassian, then reconnect.
