# App Availability and Access Control

## Which apps are available?

Go to **Settings → Apps** to see all apps and their current status: Active, Trial, or Unavailable.

## Starting a trial

Click **Start trial** on any available-but-inactive app. Trials give your team full access for a limited period (typically 14 days).

## Per-user app access

Admins control which team members can access which apps under **Settings → Team Members → [user] → App access**.
