# Analytics overview

## What Analytics does

**Analytics** pulls metrics from across your TotalCtrl apps into one place, so you can see how your business is performing without opening each app separately. It also lets you connect external data platforms and build your own dashboards.
## The overview page

When you open Analytics you land on an overview that shows top-level KPIs for the selected time window. You can switch the window between the last **7**, **30**, or **90** days using the day-range control; 30 days is the default.
## Built-in dashboards

Analytics ships with ready-made dashboards for several apps you already use:

- **Surveys** — responses over time, NPS score and distribution, responses by survey.
- **CRM** — total and new contacts, open deals, revenue won, deals and value by status, lifecycle stages.
- **Newsletter** — active and new subscribers, average open rate, edition performance.
- **Projects** — active projects, tasks done vs. in progress, tasks by priority.
- **Issues** — open and resolved issues, issues by status, priority, and type.
