# Analysing Survey Results

## Results dashboard

Click **Results** on any survey to see pre-computed analytics for each question: bar charts for choice questions, NPS promoters/passives/detractors breakdown, and full text response lists.

## NPS trend

The NPS trend chart shows your weekly NPS score over the last 12 weeks.

## Filtering responses

Filter by date range, source (link, email, widget, embed), or keyword search across text answers.

## AI thematic analysis

Click **AI Summary** to run a thematic analysis of your open-ended text responses. TotalCtrl groups themes, shows example quotes, and provides an overall sentiment assessment plus actionable recommendations.
