# What the Assistant can build

The Assistant can create and act across the apps in your workspace. A few of the things it can do today:

- **Engage** — build multi-step email *journeys* (drips, welcomes, win-backs), create audience *segments*, and create and send *campaigns*.
- **Website** — add *pages* built from content blocks, optionally styled from your Brand Kit.
- **Landing Pages** — create lead-capture pages with a signup form.
- **Platform Messaging** — create in-app *announcements* and launch notices.
- **File Transfer** — create *file request* links so people can upload files to you.
- **Surveys, Newsletter, Help Center, Community, Wiki** — generate surveys, newsletter editions, help articles, posts, and pages.
- **Automations & Agents** — set up "when X happens, do Y" automations and persistent AI agents.

It can also **answer questions** by reading live data across CRM, Support, Projects, Web Analytics, Customer Success, and more — no changes made.

The Assistant only sees the apps your workspace actually has. If it says it can't do something, the app that does it may not be enabled for your plan — ask your workspace admin.
