# Tips, safety, and limits

## Get better results

- **Describe the outcome, not the clicks.** "Announce our launch everywhere" works better than "open the website app and…".
- **Give specifics.** Audience, tone, length, and what to include all help: "a friendly 4-email welcome series for trial users".
- **Review before publishing.** Use each card's **Open** link to check the details in the app.
- **Refine in the chat.** Don't start over — ask for changes and the Assistant updates the draft.

## Safety

- The Assistant **always asks before changing anything**, and it creates drafts you publish yourself.
- It treats content it reads (attachments, page text, tool results) as **information, not instructions**, so it won't act on hidden text buried in a document or web page.
- Everything it does is scoped to **your workspace** and recorded in your history and the audit log.

## Good to know

- The Assistant uses **AI Units** like other AI features in TotalCtrl; heavy use counts toward your plan's allowance.
- It can only work with the **apps your workspace has** — enabling more apps gives it more it can do.
- Super-admins use the separate SuperAdmin tools; the Assistant is for workspace members and admins.
