# Drafts, review, and publishing

## Nothing changes without your say-so

Whenever the Assistant is about to create or change something in your workspace, it pauses and shows an **Approve** card that lists each action. You stay in control — click **Approve** to proceed or **Cancel** to stop. Questions that only read your data ("how many tickets are open?") never need approval.
## Drafts come first

When you approve, the Assistant creates each item as a **draft** — an unpublished campaign, an unpublished page, an unsent notice. Each appears as a card in the conversation with:

- **Open** — view the item in its own app to inspect or fine-tune it.
- **Publish** / **Activate** / **Send** — make it live. The exact label depends on the item: a page is *Published*, a journey is *Activated*, a campaign is *Sent*.
- **Discard** — throw the draft away.

## Publishing is a deliberate step

Because sending emails or making a page public can't be undone, publishing is always a separate, explicit click — the Assistant will never send a campaign or publish a page on its own. Review the draft first (use **Open**), then publish when you're confident.
## Iterate before you publish

Drafts are the perfect place to refine. Just keep chatting: "make it shorter", "change the tone", "add a section". The Assistant updates the work, and you publish only when it's right.
